For just $20, you receive 1 Wristband and 20 Carnival Tickets. Packs will be delivered to your youngest (or only) child's teacher. Please note that all sales are final.
We encourage you to purchase tickets for both your Mohawk students and any siblings who would like to participate.

INFLATABLE ACTIVITY – ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By purchasing this ticket(s) and allowing myself or my child to participate in any inflatable activity at the Mohawk Elementary School PTA-Sponsored Fall Community Carnival, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, including those arising from the use of the inflatables.
I expressly release and hold harmless Mohawk PTA and Mohawk Elementary School, its officers, directors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from or related to participation in the inflatable activities, including claims based on their ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
By purchasing this ticket(s), I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
